Did not find any covid-related posts regardless of the available tag, so I just want to tell about my experience for anyone interested.
I'm male and 39 years old. I got covid in march 2020 and got extremely tired, especially 1 or 2 months after the initial infection. I never had shortness of breath, but my throat and down to the trachea felt really infected. I got a little better with time, but once a month I had a week of total exhaustion and could barely move. This changed after my first treatment with IV saline with ozone, which I had in september. Ozone therapy is extremely rare in Sweden, so I was really lucky to find a doctor who could administer this. I also got 60g of IV vitamin C afterwards.(my vein did not like that dose of Vit.C... achy for a month afterwards and some hardening). The throat felt worse the following days - and then it got better and almost cured. My energy was also a lot better. 2 weeks later I felt worse again and had another treatment.
I have since my first 2 treatments tried some other stuff like acupuncture and also regulary started taking a version of Vitamin B3 called NR ( Nicotinamide riboside ). The NR is actually helping a LOT with keeping my energy levels up. It is supposed to help with the energy production in the cells which Covid seem to have screwed up somehow. Of course, ozone also have this effect but until I get my own equipment - this is a life saver. Variations of B3 like NMN and NR or flush Niacin is also popular among anti-aging communities as people with sickness or high age with NAD+
deficency seems to benefit from it.
Anyway, I'm back to ozone and vitamin C again as that is the only thing that seems to help my body recover. I believe I have active covid somewhere hiding in my body, but I think I need lots of treatments if Im ever going to feel like my old self again. So yeah, I'm trying to figure out the best ozone set and treatments for me.
Take care and hope for you all to have healthy lives.
